To bring our core technology from prototype to market maturity, we are looking for you as Technician for test bench development, measurement methods and analytics.


Your core tasks:


  • Test bench development & constructionYou design, build and optimize test cells for variable conditions (pressure, temperature, flow) in a hydrogen environment.
  • Control, Data Management & AutomationYou will develop the control concepts for our prototype and be responsible for the programming, parameterization, and validation of a LabVIEW-based user interface and visualization (HMI) for data acquisition and process monitoring. For process control, you work with familiar PLC systems (e.g. Siemens S7).
  • Optical Analysis & Measurement and Control: You implement the measurement technology for infrared and absorption spectroscopy (TDLAS/NDIR) and are responsible for signal processing and calibration.
  • Validation & DocumentationYou conduct standard diffusion studies and optimize the process parameters. In doing so, you determine the ATEX conformity You conduct risk assessments and create complete technical documentation and test reports.

    • Your baseYou are a state-certified technician (mechanical engineering, mechatronics, automation technology) and have sound experience in special machine construction, measurement and control technology or test bench development.
    • Your toolsetYou are confident in handling PLC programming (Siemens S7/TIA) and LabVIEW. You can independently tackle technical challenges in CAD models translate.
    • Physical understanding: You understand Transport physics (Diffusion/Permeation) and knows how to process measurement signals to make even the smallest changes in concentration detectable.
