To bring our core technology from prototype to market maturity, we are looking for you as Specialist in the ceramics laboratory.


Your core tasks:


  • Precision manufacturingWith utmost precision, you manage the process for producing our special functional ceramics. You ensure the exact adherence to all relevant parameters throughout the entire process.
  • Coating & FinishingYou will support the plasma coating process on special substrates or independently carry out sub-processes according to instructions in order to optimize the surface properties of our ceramics.
  • Quality assuranceYou record, evaluate, and document the properties of the finished ceramics. You are responsible for the accurate and traceable documentation of all measurements and parameters in our databases (Word, Excel, Access).
  • Plant & Raw Materials ManagementYou are responsible for the systematic and safe storage of raw materials and finished products. You also ensure the functionality and operational readiness of all laboratory equipment.
