To bring our core technology from prototype to market maturity, we are looking for you as Head of Materials Testing and Ceramics Laboratory.


Your core tasks:


  • productionYou are responsible for the entire process of manufacturing our special functional ceramics, from the formula to the finished batch.
  • coatingYou coordinate the finishing of our ceramics on special substrates. In this role, you manage the collaboration with our partners.
  • Quality assessment & AnalyticsYou evaluate the properties and quality of the produced ceramics and coatings. From your analysis, you derive optimization possibilities.
  • documentationYou are responsible for the accurate recording, systematization and visualization of all production and quality indicators in our databases.
  • Technical managementYou provide technical guidance and support to laboratory technicians.

    • Your baseYou have a scientific or technical degree (engineer, materials scientist, etc.) and ideally bring 5–10 years Experience in ceramic or glass technology as well as process engineering is required.
    • Your expertiseYou have mastered complex thermal or chemical processes and experience in project-based, interdisciplinary work. Knowledge of plasma coating is a welcome bonus.
    • Scientific precisionYou are proficient in working in a laboratory environment. Adherence to scientific standards is second nature to you.
    • Your mindsetYou feel comfortable in a flexible and dynamic startup environment, work with the utmost care and appreciate working in an expert team.
